Check in is 3pm and check out is 12 noon. If you check out later than 12 noon you may be charged for an additional night. The house is located just past Moonshadows restaurant at 20442 Pacific Coast Hwy.

Cancellation Policy
We do not refund rental amount for any reason. You may want to consider purchasing travel insurance from your insurance carrier. The top 8 travel insurance companies according to Frommer's:

Disturbances
Disturbing the Neighbors
No extremely loud music or extreme disturbances of any kind after 10PM or you may forfeit your deposit and/or be fined by the city of Malibu for disturbing the peace and YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.

Hot tub is ALWAYS up and running and is professionally cleaned/serviced EVERY THURSDAY by Hydrospa!

Our local Malibu representatives are on call in the event there is a maintenance problem.

Parking
There are 3 parking spaces (space behind garage, carport/space behind carport). Any overflow can park across the street or to the east of the eastern most residence. NEVER park in front of another residence as YOU MAY BE TOWED.

PAY PAL



Payment and Deposit
1/2 of rental funds are due upon booking as a reservation deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL. There is no credit card fee for reservation deposit. There is a 2.5% credit card fee for balance or you may send certified check.
Key/house instructions are provided when all funds have been paid in full.

Pets
No pets are allowed.

Smoking
The Malibu Paradise Beach House is a smoke-free environment.

Telephone and Furnishings/electronics
Unlimited local and long distance within the U.S.

Furniture, appliances, and electronics are subject to change at owner's discretion.
